SUSAN MARKS is a documentary filmmaker, screenwriter, and author of Finding Betty Crocker: The Secret Life of America’s First Lady of Food, Historic Photos of Minnesota, and Remembering Minnesota.
Marks is an award-winning writer who began exploring Minnesota history as a tour guide for the Minnesota Historical Society, work that led to a master’s thesis, a documentary film project, and her first book.
When she’s not writing, Marks works as a writer, producer, and director through her own production company, Lazy Susan Productions. Much of her work explores pop culture themes and regional history.
Susan lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
