Alfred Fornay

ALFRED FORNAY is a magazine beauty editor, consultant, and author whose books include Ageless Beauty, Born Beautiful: The African American Teenager’s Complete Beauty Guide and The African American Woman’s Guide to Successful Makeup and Skincare.

Fornay holds degrees in merchandising and marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and the City College of New York. He served as Creative Director for Revlon Cosmetics' Polished Ambers Collection, Marketing Manager for Clairol, Training Director for Fashion Fair Cosmetics, Beauty Editor for Ebony magazine, the first male Beauty Editor at Essence magazine, and the first Editor in Chief of Ebony Man.
