Byrd Baggett

BYRD BAGGETT is the author of fifteen books on sales, customer service, leadership, and motivation, including The Past Doesn't Have a Future, But You Do and Dare to Lead. He has been helping organizations develop leaders and teams since 1990.

Baggett holds the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, the highest earned designation presented by the National Speakers Association, and is a former All-American sprinter at the University of Texas at Austin.

When he’s not writing, Baggett works as a professional speaker and leadership development consultant, and is the creator of the True Growth™ brand, which has served more than 3,000 governmental, civilian, and military leaders. His books reflect that work in sales, leadership, and motivation.

Byrd lives in Fairhope, Alabama.
