CYNTHIA C. ALLEN is a licensed cosmetologist, beauty consultant, and Precept Bible teacher who has published nearly one thousand articles in newspapers and magazines in the United States and overseas. Her recent books include The Healthy Balance for Body and Soul, The Beautiful Balance for Body and Soul and Home Is Where You Hang Your Heart.
Allen’s articles have earned seven national writing awards. She has contributed to Zondervan’s Women’s Devotional Bible II, Chicken Soup for the Soul and Focus on the Family.
