DAVID BOGNAR is a writer and television producer and the author of several works, including Enlightenment, Cancer: Increasing Your Odds for Survival, and The Human Operators Manual – How Feelings Work: A Psychological Primer.
Bognar produced Cancer: Increasing Your Odds for Survival as a four-hour public television series narrated by Walter Cronkite that aired nationally; the companion book was published by Hunter House. He co-authored The Human Operators Manual with Dr. Stewart Zelman in 1991.
When he’s not writing, Bognar draws on earlier work as a mental health worker, treatment coordinator, and cable television studio manager. That background in psychological and documentary work runs through his books on health, survival, and psycho-spiritual themes.
