Debbi Sowell Jennings

DEBBI SOWELL JENNINGS, M.S., R.D., is a registered dietitian specializing in sports nutrition. She is the co-author of Play Hard, Eat Right: A Parent’s Guide to Sports Nutrition for Children, written with Suzanne Nelson Steen, D.Sc., R.D.

Jennings holds a master’s degree and registered dietitian credentials. The book was published by John Wiley & Sons in association with the American Dietetic Association and addresses the nutritional needs of active children aged 6 to 12.
