BOBBY PARRISH is a self-taught home cook, food blogger, and YouTube personality with over one million followers on the FlavCity channel. His recent books include The Tasty Adventures of Rose Honey, Flavcity’s 5 Ingredient Meals and Keto Meal Prep.
Parrish has appeared on the Food Network and the Rachael Ray Show and won cooking competitions including Guy’s Grocery Games.
When he’s not writing, Parrish creates healthy meal prep content for his FlavCity audience. That focus on accessible, health-conscious cooking runs throughout his cookbooks.
Bobby lives in Chicago, Illinois.
DESSI PARRISH is the co-creator of the FlavCity YouTube channel and co-author of Flavcity’s 5 Ingredient Meals, Keto Meal Prep and The Tasty Adventures of Rose Honey.
Parrish previously worked in corporate America as a project manager before focusing on FlavCity full time. Born and raised in Bulgaria, she handles production, filming, editing, and photography for the brand.
