Douglas Gerber

DOUGLAS R. GERBER is the Founder and CEO of Focus One, a consulting firm specializing in high-performance teams, and the creator of the trademarked concept of Team Quotient (TQ), developed from a ten-year study with 108 teams drawn from Fortune 500 and other global companies.

Gerber holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and is a graduate of the Penn State Executive Program. He is an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator and an ICF Professional Certified Coach.

When not consulting, Gerber draws on 23 years as a corporate executive, including service as Vice President of PepsiCo Greater China, and has worked with leaders from over 70 companies worldwide. He speaks eight languages.

Douglas has lived in ten countries.
