Dr. Lucy A. Forster-Smith

DR. LUCY A. FORSTER-SMITH is an ordained Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Teaching Elder and editor of College & University Chaplaincy in the 21st Century and author of Crossing Thresholds: The Making and Remaking of a 21st-Century College Chaplain.

Forster-Smith holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Princeton Theological Seminary. She served as Chaplain and Associate Dean for Religious and Spiritual Life at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota, from 1994 to 2014, as Sedgwick Chaplain to the University and Senior Minister in the Memorial Church at Harvard University, and as Senior Associate Pastor at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Chicago.
