Howard Murad

HOWARD MURAD, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist, trained pharmacist, and holder of 18 patents for advances in skin health science. His books include The Water Secret, The Cellulite Solution and Wrinkle-Free Forever.

Murad has been inducted into Dermascope’s Academy of Legends and recognized as an Industry Visionary by the International SPA Association. He is an associate clinical professor of medicine at UCLA’s Geffen School of Medicine and the founder of Murad Skincare, Inc.

When he’s not writing, Murad maintains a medical practice in Los Angeles, where he has practiced dermatology since completing his residency at UCLA. His work draws on more than a dozen books exploring skin health science.

Howard lives in Los Angeles.
