Neubauer holds a B.S. in education from West Chester University in Pennsylvania and taught Spanish and English-as-a-Second-Language before pursuing a writing career. She founded Word Wright International in 1990 and co-owns WordWright.biz, Inc., a publishing house.
When she’s not writing, Neubauer works with individuals to help them write their own life stories. That focus on personal narrative runs through her broader publishing work as well.
