Judith Sharken Simon

JUDITH SHARKEN SIMON is an organization development consultant specializing in the nonprofit sector, with more than ten years as a senior consultant at the Community Services Group of the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. Her books include The Fieldstone Alliance Nonprofit Guide to Conducting Successful Focus Groups and The Five Life Stages of Nonprofit Organizations: Where You Are, Where You're Going, and What to Expect When You Get There.

Simon holds a B.A. in Employee Relations from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Organization Development from the University of Minnesota. She later worked with the Management Assistance Program in the Twin Cities on nonprofit board development, volunteer programs, and strategic planning.

Judith lives in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.
