Laura Szucs Pfeiffer

LAURA SZUCS PFEIFFER is the author of Hidden Sources: Family History in Unlikely Places, a reference guide covering more than 100 often-overlooked record types useful in family history research.

Pfeiffer is a member of the Szucs family, a prominent genealogical family associated with Ancestry.com; her mother is genealogist and author Loretto Dennis Szucs.

When not writing, Pfeiffer participates in booksignings at genealogical conferences alongside her sister Juliana Szucs Pfeiffer. Hidden Sources reflects her deep engagement with the genealogical community and its research practices.
