Michael Jennings

MICHAEL JENNINGS is the author of several books on the Siberian Husky, including The Siberian Husky: Able Athlete, Able Friend, The New Complete Siberian Husky and The Complete Siberian Husky.

In 1993, Jennings won a first prize in non-deadline writing from the American Society of Newspaper Editors. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina and a master’s degree from the University of Virginia.

When he’s not writing, Jennings breeds Siberian Huskies, with dogs competing in shows, sled work and performance events. That long involvement with the breed informs his books on the subject.

Michael lives in North Carolina.
