O. P. Jaggi

O. P. JAGGI was a medical scientist and physician specializing in respiratory medicine, asthma, and allergies, with over fifty years of experience in patient care and research. He authored more than seventy books, including an authoritative eighteen-volume series on the History of Science and Technology in India.

Jaggi held the degrees of M.D. and Ph.D. and the fellowships FCCP (USA), FACA (USA), and FRAS (London). He served as Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences and Director of the Patel Chest Institute at the University of Delhi, and his research appeared in numerous national and international journals.
