Rabbi David Zeller

RABBI DAVID ZELLER was the founder and director of the Network of Conscious Judaism and a teacher, counselor, singer, and author working across Jewish spirituality and transpersonal psychology. He was the author of The Soul of the Story: Meetings with Remarkable People.

Zeller served as executive director of Yakar Center for Torah and Creativity in Jerusalem and helped establish the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and Shevet: Center for Jewish Spirituality and Meditation. A student of Rabbi Shlomo Carlebach for 28 years, he produced five recordings of meditative and healing music.

When not writing, Zeller led workshops worldwide in Jewish psychology, meditation, mysticism, alternative healing, and interfaith dialogue. This work in consciousness and spiritual practice formed the foundation of his writing and teaching.

Zeller was born in 1946 and died in the spring of 2007.
