SARAH GLEASON is the lead writer of Crossing Borders – Sharing Journeys: Effective Capacity Building with Immigrant and Refugee Groups, a report prepared for the W. K. Kellogg Foundation through the Nexus partners project.

The Nexus partners project aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of capacity builders working with immigrant- and refugee-led organizations across North America. Gleason’s work was published by Fieldstone Alliance in 2006.
