Seth H. Bramson

SETH H. BRAMSON is America’s most-published Florida history book author, with more than 33 books on Florida history, transportation, and local communities. His recent books include Lost Restaurants of Miami, Hallandale Beach and Broward County.

Bramson holds master’s degrees from St. Thomas University and Florida International University. He serves as company historian of the Florida East Coast Railway, and his book Speedway to Sunshine is the railway’s official history.

When he’s not writing, Bramson has served as a faculty member at Barry University in Miami Shores. His work spans Miami Beach, local communities, and the broader history of Florida, supported by one of the largest personal collections of Florida East Coast Railway memorabilia and Floridiana in the world.

Seth lives in Miami.
