Stacy Fuchino

STACY FUCHINO, VMD, holds credentials in both Western and Eastern veterinary medicine and is the author of Head to Tail Wellness: Western Veterinary Medicine Meets Eastern Wisdom.

Fuchino earned his veterinary degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and completed an externship at New York City’s 24-Hour Animal Medical Center. He studied under veterinarian Stephen Ettinger and furthered his training at the Chi Institute for Animals and the American Feng Shui Institute.

When not writing, Fuchino practices veterinary medicine blending conventional services with acupuncture and herbal remedies, most recently at Palos Verdes Pet Hospital in Redondo Beach, California. His television appearances on TBS’s Animal ER and A&E’s America’s Top Dog reflect the same integration of veterinary perspectives that shapes his writing.

Stacy lives in Los Angeles.
