Murder Wets Its Whistle (A Pearly Girls Mystery, 3)
Cassidy and the Pearly Girls return in the third installment of the Pearly Girls Mysteries!
Celebrations at Ivy Springs, the venue owned and operated by Cassidy Jamison, is getting more and more attention as the premiere event space in the Blue Ridge area. On top of renovating a cave to be a performance venue, Celebrations is preparing to host the Sip, Sip, Hooray Festival for wine, beer, and spirits enthusiasts.
But when the body of a vineyard employee is found stuffed in a wine barrel, Cassidy worries that Celebrations might start getting the wrong kind of media exposure. While Zac, her boyfriend and the main detective on the case, investigates, Cassidy can’t help but start sleuthing herself. And who knows what the Pearly Girls are up to with their secret dance lessons and wild costumes…
Join Cassidy and her Chihuahua mix, Elvis, as they try to untangle a web of toxic workplace dynamics and romantic affairs to figure out who the killer is before they strike again.
