About the author
RABBI LORI FORMAN-JACOBI was ordained by The Jewish Theological Seminary in 1988 as a member of the first rabbinical school class at that institution to include women. Her recent books include Restful Reflections: Nighttime Inspiration to Calm the Soul and Sacred Intentions: Morning Inspiration to Strengthen the Spirit.
Forman-Jacobi has worked in Jewish education for more than two decades, serving as director of The Jewish Resource Center of UJA-Federation of New York, principal of the Rebecca and Israel Ivry Prozdor High School, and Senior Vice Principal for The Bergen County High School of Jewish Studies.
Lori lives in New Jersey.
